 As the Pastor and Head of Staff at COV, it is my joy to preach God's Word, to lead COV's mission and strategy with an incredible staff, to care for God's flock, and to serve our surrounding community as a representative of Jesus Christ.  I have experienced God's blessing as a husband to Kristin and a father to Asa and Anna.  My life goal is that it might be said of me what was written about David, "...after he had served the purpose of God in his own generation, fell asleep and was laid with his fathers..." (Acts 13:36).

Come join us every Wednesday night from 6pm-8pm at The Way Youth ministry here at Church of the Valley where we discover what it means to follow Jesus! Come hang out every Sunday morning with us at 9:30am at The Way Cafe in the Youth room! Every first and last Sunday mornings, the Youth group meets in the Youth room at 10:31am. The Safety & Security Team is made up of COV volunteers who have a passion for service and a desire to fellowship with like-minded people.  We provide safety and security duties for all church services and special events.  We are also always looking for more volunteers to assist us in this important ministry.  Crisis Ministry is a place where people can come and experience hope in Jesus Christ. It is a place where they can come and be prayed for. It is a food pantry as well as a clothes closet. We also partner with the Rescue Mission for the mobile showers for the less fortunate Thursday’s 10a.m - 12:00 p.m. with lunch provided.  The Rummage Ministry helps meet practical needs in practical ways. Donations can be made the first and third Monday of every month between 9am and 11:30am in the rummage buildings. We accept clean and reusable donations.
